I find it easier and more relaxed when meditating alone.
Calm Mind
alone, because in a group i have other experiences, in relation with other people.
Alone, although I would quite like to join a group in my area...
I mostly meditate alone and I think it is more beneficial than meditation in a group.
I meditated as a group for the first time when I did an eight week Spirituality course last term. The teacher guided us. We shared our experiences. She told us that it was more powerful when we meditated as a group. When we learnt distant healing, we were invited to join a healing group and are sent a name when someone asks for love, support and healing. Having a group of people pray for you is also going to be more effective, I think. I would like to have the opportunity to meditate as a group on a regular basis. Has anyone got any suggestions???
Well, I think with meditating alone, we will get and feel more with the spiritual environment.

Agree with most of you. I like to meditate alone early in the morning and before retiring to bed. also like to meditate when I am tired so I will be refreshed again. I tried to meditate in a group when I am not much involved like now. I need to try it again. I guess to learn new techniques it helps to be in group.
