Meditation really can take you a long way. I am now also meditating with reiki, having recently completed reiki 1 and having started to practise it. It is such a powerful, generous healing energy and meditating with it is so beneficial- physically, psychologically, mentally and emotionally. I just want to share that with everyone. I love to meditate alone and do it when it suits me, but i have felt the power of meditating together and also continue to learn new things and will go back for some group meditation this year. I hope every one has a most wonderful year in meditation and personal growth.
