I feel that meditation is eroding my tendency to allow my state of wellbeing from external conditions and circumstances. I feel my attitude is improving, as well as my patience. I live a very busy lifestyle, so the 5 to 10 minutes I use to meditate per day have been extremely useful. I also feel myself letting my guards down with my wife even more. I've been scarred by previous relationships, and I feel I'm giving more love and accepting more love since I began meditating.
