    Meditation is one of the basic principle of yoga.Meditation alone can bring us a host of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits. It is one of the key elements to all yoga practice, combining meditative Yoga Poses, Yoga Breath and conscious thought.

    Meditation is the art of silencing the mind. When the mind is silent, concentration is increased and we feel inner peace. Meditation enables us to have a deeper understanding of our inner self. Through meditation we can gain a better understanding of our life’s purpose. Meditation is observing what's going on — both internally and externally — without necessarily reacting to it.

    Meditation is the process
    of peeling back the self
    until pure awareness remains,
    at which point awareness
    can recognize itself as
    Totality perceiving itself.

    Default Mindfulness Meditation Is Rediscovered?

    I've read an article about pain, that the more depression being experience the more our mind get stress and might lead to different illnesses. Meditation techniques really helps me a lot. This site really add a good insight about meditation and the benefits to our mind, body, social attitude and the greatness of being relieve from pain through meditation.

You give it your full attention you yield to it and, paradoxically, its hold on you diminishes. As you meditate, the grip of your history loosens and you get a little saner, lighter, less entangled.
