Hello all,

I am very pleased to have come across such a forum, to share insight and ideas on our practice, and passion, of the meditative journey. I go by buddhablessd because, though I am not a practicing buddhist(christian), 5 yrs ago, when I embarked on this yogic and meditative journey, the buddhist teachings were my main template for practice and understanding.I also studied the teachings of Pantajali, and practice the eight limbs of yoga I live in the U.S. in the N.Y. area. I have not done much traveling, but would love to visit the Tibetan region. BB
