I'm very new to meditation, (I have just practised it one week by now). I started doing meditations because I want to explore my spirtual self and to just simply calm my mind a little to focus on other things like homework. I haven't reached any results so far, but I know things must have it's time. I have big problems relaxing but I feel much healthier after the meditations and that's a good thing.
A presentation of myself: I am a 17 year old boy from Sweden who loves to study. I have a deep interest in history, religion, psychology, ecology and most of all politics. (I am a youth politician myself in so******m.) I love animals and nature and I take a walk in the forest everyday. I love travel and to explore new places. I have had a very tough life and been through a lot of bad things, but things are better now! I'm a vegetarian and I don't drink or smoke and never will. Well that is pretty much it! :flowers:
