Hello everybody. My name is Sammy and I am a student in Israel. I have a great interest in meditation (although I have been doing it some time, I am not very good). I first got in to meditation to deal with anxiety attacks affiliated with post-war PTSM, and I fell in love with it and the entire culture affiliated with it.
