Having spent 3 months in Australia back in 1986 I can say that to youI hear what you are saying about your current experience. You say you feel different in your mind and soul. I would say that is your mind or ego speaking. If you take a deep breath and think of your heart this will center you and calm you. Keep breathing more slowly and rhythmically. Now think of something or someone that you appreciate. Hold this feeling in your heart space while continuing to stay conscious of your breathing. Good... By focusing on your heart you may feel a connection to something larger than yourself. Sort of like being connected to the One Heart, or like being a wave in the big ocean. We are all waves on the ocean or rays of light from the one Sun. I teach and practice heart rhythm meditation at my site healthy-heart-meditation.com.
