Good Morning & Greetings to Everyone.~*

This is my first post on your wonderful message board.
I have been going through a lot this year, and it has given me the opportunity to reconnect within myself and enjoy the peace that comes from within when doing yoga and meditations.

I still consider myself a beginner. I am open to learning about others view and beliefs, and I am very much so looking forward to being a part of your community.

It always makes me smile when I cross paths with individuals who are on the same wavelength.
