This is a breath focus meditation, This is a meditation for someone who needs or wants to feel there very being, you must be very focused and a seasoned mediator or have a really good grasp on reality.
Prepare not to be disturbed, as it will bring you back in shock, this is not a good feeling as you may know.
The breaths are very slow and deep, if you have asthma or any heart condition do not attempt this or consult your spe:oops2::oops2::oops2::oops2::oops2::oops2:t.
Deep Breathing.
Laying down is best, as you may feel a bit dizzy and disorientated.
Taking a long slow deep breath, watch the clock if you have to for as long as up to 20 seconds.
Hold for 20 seconds.
Feeling dizzy, take another long slow deep breath filling your lungs to capacity for 15 seconds, hold breath for as long as you possibly can and release as slow as you possibly can.
Now for the fun part, continue breathing slower and deeper holding you breath in between gently close your eyes and focus on filling your lungs slowly and gently.
Do this as long as you feel comfortable, if your subconscious comes to the surface accept anything you receive and move on, if you feel your ethereal body enjoy the moment.
When coming out, slowly increase your breath, we don't want your brain going into shock from oxygen overload, take it easy for a while until your focus and attention comes back to.
Remember to feel your body at all times, if at anytime it does not feel right stop and try again another time.
