When looking for a choice in a moment you wonder what if?

Taking all choices is not an option or is it?

Time to make the choice is now.

Every time you need to make a decision, check your though then check your emotion, how do you feel about the emotion, like the emotion it brings, take that choice, don't.

Try a different approach.

Practice.
(this is along the lines of change your thought change your emotion book)

Think of a decision you may not have chosen in the past but did. (or did not.)

Imagine the outcome differently.

Notice your emotion and change your thought till you get n emotion your comfortable with.

Easy isn;t it, think again takes a lot of practice to do this in the real world, master yourself first.
