Connecting with other people is sometimes frightful and you feel as though they are ripping and tearing at your energy levels.
The drain that they put on you can bring you down from great heights and all you'll want to do is live in there misery.
How does one get around this energy hungry society?
To keep your thoughts in check and your emotions in check, to learn this I personally went through hell trying to find the sweet spot, it is a struggle.
The most prominent practice is the CD you can get as well I borrowed it off a friend, of the amazing power of deliberate intent, was the change your thought change your emotion, I am become so skilled at this that I catch the thought of the emotion as it is happening, and change for a nice furry cuddly emotion.
Then connecting with people is so much easier, your actually taking away your thought and emotion that other people bring to your energy, this will intern help you assimilate in there energy without taking on or being in there energy rather like looking at a website, and just listening to what other people have to say feeling them without taking on there influences.
I read and practiced these two books over the few months hence the silence.
