Lightbulb Kundalini Immune system

Use Kundalini to enhance your immune system.

Lay on flat surface,
Get into a rhythmic breathing pattern.

Build a light ball Root Chakra

Bounce the light ball back and forth with each breath in up and down out.

Through the spine between the Root Chakra and the Crown Chakra.

Do this for as long as you feel comfortable, ALWAYS KEEP YOUR BACK STRAIGHT!!

If unsure seek a professional to guide you, as this can and does cause a depressive state if not done as instructed with keeping your sine in it's natural state hence with lying on a flat surface.

This also can enhance mental abilities and coordination.
