    Default Creating your purpose

What is your purpose in life?

It is like having a personal/professional mission statement that continues to inspire you.

Everyone has a purpose in life, no matter where your from, what your income is and what your doing. By purpose I mean something that is meaningful to you that engages your strengths and makes your heart sing. It is usually an activity you love, are absolutely passionate about and have a real concern for.
It is not a reaction to the external but rather something that grows within you. I don't believe it is something that finds you one day by chance but rather a choice you make when you discover who you are and want you want and be true to yourself, not compromising your choices for excuses like money, time or family.
When you do be true to yourself everything else falls into place, even when you cant see how it is going to happen, it just does!
Purpose can take on different roles in people lives, for one their purpose might be to serve others with a smile so that they can be happy for a moment and they can achieve this by any form of profession.
Some might be more specific like to discover a gene responsible for cancer, or to travel the world helping under advantaged communities, or to clean the hospitals so that patients can stay in nice environments while healing. As you can see purpose is about finding meaning in your activity.
When making a decision for how you are going to find your purpose, look for clues from the environment in which you live. What do you feel strongly about, what do you feel you have been prepared for your whole life to be able to serve the community with, what brings you joy that you can share, what creates value for others that engages your own values at the same time.
Often we worry about HOW so much so that we forget the WHAT. The how will come, how your going to make a living from painting or creating beautiful objects or writing poetry is not as hard to discover as actually working out WHAT you can do.
People get scared to change in case they fail or change their mind, but these are great opportunities for growth and over a lifetime you want look back thinking you shouldn't have tried something so much as if you didn't and wished you did more!
Spend time writing about your Purpose, preparing in thought, pictures and conversation. Try making an image board of the main things you love, cut out magazine pictures that represent different aspects of your passion and try meditating on the board, imagine yourself doing it and ask yourself repeatably "How am I going to make a living from..........?" Don't however stress over the answer, enjoy the process of knowing you have made a choice and look out for signs, ideas and opportunities.
They will be subtle so dont let them pass you by!
The next tricky part is believing in yourself enough to take the first step in creating your purpose. No one will do it for you (although as your COACHI will gladly take your hand and walk with you on part of your journey). There are no guarantees, there are risks involved and there is no certainity it will work for you but despite all this you will still enjoy the journey because it is meaningful!
The biggest fear in everyone's life is failing but this is normal and there is a great saying "Feel the fear and do it anyway" or "you never know, till you give it a go".
Taking small steps to being absolutely true to yourself, the rest will unfold beautifully and because you are doing something that is meaningful it will never seem like hard work but rather a challenge that engages your every being.
Finding your purpose in life can be a joyful experience that inspires others to be their best. A flower when it grows does not stop in half bloom and begin to worry if it is doing the right thing, it follows its nature and expands beautifully until it's purpose is fully realised and that is why we are so attracted to it. Let your life blossom in the same kind of way so that your nature is fully engaged and your Purpose is full filling.

    Default Re: Creating your purpose

    someone asked:

Why is it important to know your Life’s Purpose?
What value does that bring to a person’s every day life?
Can a person’s Life Purpose change?
How do you know if it has changed?
Can a person be full even if they don’t have a Life’s Purpose?

    1. Life purpose is where we get the “drive” to pursue what we want to be, the “strength” that will keep us focused in the midst of life “storms”. It is also the “force” that will keep us motivated even though there is apparent failure.

Life purpose is also called calling or destiny. An element of “Spiritual Intelligence” is needed to understand a person’s purpose. An individual can determine his purpose in life thru: (1) his/her relationship with the divine. Jer. 29:11 said “for I know the plans I have for you….” (2) taking up an inventory of the “genetically encoded” abilities (unlike “learned” abilities that are acquired thru education/training, genetically encoded abilities are inborn though training can enhance these gifts). And (3) by recognizing the desires in his/her heart in the domain of “becoming” what.

    2. “If the shoe does not fit, it hurts”.

Deep in us, we know whether we are in our “topos” — place, office, position, service, stature. Where we are suppose to be, doing what we are supposed to do, and becoming a person that we should be.

3 & 4. Hmmm….. it is predetermined before we are born. But a purpose in life is not necessarily a job, and job change is not a changed of purpose. A purpose in life revolves around “becoming the who/person” and the “do/job” emanates from the “who”.

    5. Everyone has a life purpose, and it is possible for a person not to be in sync with his calling. If fullness is defined on material and economic gain, yes it is possible to be full even a person is out of his destiny. If fullness includes peace, satisfaction and joy that emanates from within…. “if the shoe does not fit, it hurts”.

I have been told many many times by several psychics and my own higher guidance that I am a healer on earth. I'm a light worker and an angel on earth with the purpose to help the people on a mass level. My life's purpose is to help others. I work with energy and my words are that of wisdom that always help others expand their awareness to an understanding that sticks with them for a lifetime.
