    Default Using Crystals

Choosing a crystal is a personal thing and if you have many you can have a bowl or you can use a bag randomly choose or feeling around for a crystal can help with relaxation.

    I just love using crystals.

You can even put them under your pillow at night to receive messages in your dreams.

Default How to Meditate Using Crystals

Meditation can be done without any props, but the use of crystals can help you focus. Meditation should be a time when your mind is clear and you connect with yourself. Any type of crystals can be used. The key is finding the ones that feel good to you.

Step 1 Begin by sitting comfortably, either in a straight backed chair or on the floor. Sitting in the Lotus Position is optional.

Step 2 Set your crystal where it will be just in your line of sight holding your head up and looking straight ahead.

Step 3 Focus your eyes on the crystal. Breathe in deep breaths through your nose and release the breath through your mouth. Try to clear your mind of all thoughts.

Step 4 Bring your focus back to the crystal and continue the breathing practice anytime you catch your mind wondering, thinking of everyday concerns.

Step 5 End your practice by closing your eyes, taking a deep breath and allowing your body to completely relax.

    Calm Mind

I would like to learn more about how to use crystals. I learnt to program them in my spirituality class and how to cleanse them. I have read you can put them on different chakra centres. Can you meditate with them in your hands or on your body? Does anyone know the ritual/rule of doing this? waterlily

Yes You can either just hold it in your hand gently, or place it on your body in a particular location.

All Crystals/Rocks have there own energy signature, a good book to use which gives you details information on crystals is The Crystal Bible by Judy Hall, there are many Wiccan Rituals you could use not sure what they are but I have seen some performed.

Rules: Always clear the crystals in sea salt or put out side to allow there energy to rejuvenate and clear any negativity that you or someone else may have transferred to them. Also it depends on your intuition or beliefs as to what you can allow your self to do.
