Functions- Procreation, assimilation of food, physical force and vitality, sexuality

Glands/Organs- Ovaries, testicles, prostate, genitals, spleen, womb, bladder

Chrystals/Minerals- Carnelian, coral, gold calcite, amber, citrine, gold topaz, peach aventurine, moonstone, tiger eye, rutilated quartz

Foods- Liquids. Orange fruits and vegetables

Qualities/Lessons- Giving and receiving, emotions, desire, pleasure, sexual/passionate love, change, movement, assimilation of new ideas, Health, family, tolerance, surrender. Working harmoniously and creatively with others.

I am currently experiencing pain & discomfort in this Area
"Sacral Plex " Can anyone try throw somw light as to why i may be feeling this ?

This can be caused by many things you could be a form of gastroenteritis or you could have a spiritual dis-ease.

If it is at the chakra center follow the basic chakra rejuvenation practices, the solar plexus may be out of alignment.

Or you are holding on to something that may be making you feel sick, such as anger hurt or pain and also frustration come up in the stomach area.

To rejuvenate your chakra you need to:

Get into a meditative state.

Breath in some beautiful white gold. (light)

Imagine in the solar plexus energy center there is a small glowing dot fill it with the white gold.

Making a cone shape extending out from the point of the chakra getting it to spin clockwise, extending out from the front and back of your body.

Then repeat for each chakra done into the earth to remove the dis-ease that has settled giving it to the earth.

The Naval Chakra is located in the lower abdomen. This Chakra is associated with the acts of giving and receiving, and is tied into the more physical feelings of love, passion and uality. The feeling of pleasure is also linked with this Chakra, so one may feel focus and feedback in this Chakra during moments of harmony, generosity, group creativity and selflessness.
