    Color/Colour- Sky blue, silver, turquoise

    Vibration Frequency- 26Hz G# (25.956Hz)

    Element- Akasha/ether Connection- Elements, Vibration Sense- Hearing

    Self Aspect- Communication/ self-expression

    Functions- Speech, sound, vibration, communication Glands/Organs- Thyroid, parathyroid, hypothalamus, throat, mouth

    Crystal/Minerals- Turquoise, chrysocolla, celestite, blue topaz, sodalite, lapis lazuli, aquamarine, azurite, kyanite. blue lace agate, aqua aura

    Foods- Blue/purple fruits and vegetables

    Qualities/Lessons- Power of the spoken word. True communication. Creative expression in speech, writing and the arts, integration, peace, truth, knowledge, wisdom, loyalty, honesty, reliability, gentleness, kindness

    Negative Qualities- Communication and/or speech problems. Knowledge use unwisely, ignorance, lack of discernment, Depression, thyroid problems

    The Throat Chakra is located in the throat area between one’s chin and the top of the sternum. This Chakra is linked to one’s powers of communication. Through this Chakra, one can realize truth and knowledge; honesty, kindness and wisdom and how these elements can be conveyed through thoughtful speech.
