The Crown Chakra is located at the very top of the head. As one might guess, this Chakra is associated directly with dealings of the mind and spirit. This Chakra is deeply tied to the exploration of one’s consciousness and place in space and time. Oneness with the universe, your spirit and will, inspiration, divine wisdom… all the things that deal with the Higher Self are rooted in this Chakra.

Has tangible proof ever been provided that these chakras really exist? Why are you guys sold that these chakras really exist? Disclaimer: I'm asking out of true curiosity, not out of conflict.

From intuition, emotions and trial and error there has been studies but usually from smaller groups and they have discovered that there is a small amount of energy emanating from these points, but yet no conclusive data to each individual.

Why not try to find a chakra guided meditation to test for your self and come to your individual conclusions.

I have known people that these have no affect on and people who feel these energy points with extraordinary out comes , so really it is an individual experiment just like life is.

Everybody sees things differently and feels differently about the human body and the energy it creates, it's all about what works for you.

From a personal perspective using these chakra points during meditation reduces my anxiety and creates peace with in.

Life is not all tangible and logical. As part of my Spirituality course, I learnt to balance the chakras. With the pendulum to measure them, I see them spinning CC or C, I measure their different sizes(from 0 to 12), and when I have balanced them and turned them around the right way, at the end, I re-measure and discover them to be all spinning C and as close to 6 in size as possible. I have done many perfect 6's- that's the closest to tangible evidence as I can provide!!! I am a believer because I can repeat it again and again on different people!!!
