In the alignment of your chakras you need to energise them individually and recognise the colour the and imagine in your mind the spinning of the chakra clock wise.
In a tornado like rotation to a small center point, in the center of your body, out both sides for the five and down toward the center of the earth for the root chakra and up into the universe for the crown chakra.
Once you have mastered this your emotions are in tune with the universe and the truth is easier to interpret and being able to follow your path.
