Grounding Your Self

    Lightbulb Grounding Your Self

    Grounding your self is great as there are so many ways to do it here are just a few...


    • Using your legs as grounding.

    Walking on grass bare feet (is this sfae with all those drunks on the weekend throwing glass bottles where they may?) but it works if you have a back yard unlike me great do it there, sand is great bury your feet next time your at the beach.

    Water is also grounding as the elements that makes water are raw elements just sitting in a bath will do it the ocean is best as it has an ingredient that helps it be more conductive, yes its salt.

    As well as just sitting at your computer, you can have both feet flat on the ground and from your crown chakra or higher self send energy through all your chakras collecting the the junk that builds up on the way down and send it through your legs down into your feet and into the earth's core.


    • Using your Pranic tube to connect to the earths core.

    Sit quietly and imaging a tube running from your base Chakra (in the bit between the private bit and the poo hole (will change later when I remember whats its called or you guy's and Gal's can remind me). and just connect with the earths core the molten hot compressed metals, the magnetism will collect your energy.


    • Using Kundalini.

    The spinal column (cord) is a conduit for electrical pulses it connects all of your nervous system to your brain, to ground your self all you need to do is follow the Kundalini principle, if you have not learnt this technique please seek a master as it will cause depression if done incorrectly (I am living proof (was)) just when you rolling that energy and you get to the base imaging lightening striking the ground through the base of your spine.

    If you know more or different techniques please don't hesitate to tell us.

    Relatively new to meditation techniques and the different positions. Why is grounding oneself important to meditation? What is the difference between meditating when grounded versus meditating when one isn't grounded?
