    Default Lighten Up

Lightening Up is one thing everyone probably gets told a lot, stop being so serious , expicially situations that may never even affect you personally. Enjoy life and what it brings, I hear alot people saying, I know this BUT......

    • There is only YOU

Don't worry about what other people say do, or even react to, this is not your issue or even your problem, itis your reaction that matters, and only you can control your reaction to what is going on around you.

Just imagine there is only you in the situation by your self and to yourself, you still get the same result as with another person, this is because we all have emotions, and every time we react to an emotion from another person, we heighten our emotions and it escalates.

So if you don't react and stay calm listen, and respond, what do you think will happen?

    Smile. Its only You.

    • Your Mind is not Already Made Up

Do you think your mind is made up, no its not, don't argue with me, it's not made up, your mind, thoughts and emotions, are all changeable all of the time. No excuses, changing you thought changes your emotion, this has a truly profound effect on ones life.

Change your mind to suit the situation not the situation to change your mind, there is only you and you alone in this situation, its no big deal even if you think its all over, well its only a moment in time is it not?

    • Listening to your Heart

Listening to your heart is one of the most important things you should do in life, it can bring you to the most treasured moments in your life, this is the final stage of lightening up, because this is where you insecurities are open for discussion, the insecurity of being in a situation and taking a defensive or offensive position is held, but you want to be open.

Open you heart to the situation by using and accepting a thought or an emotion and just accepting them, this takes' practice, and persistence.

    The Meditation

Sit quietly. not to be disturbed.

Think of a moment in your life that disturbed your restful peaceful heart, bringing it to the surface.
(not to extremes to start off with, start with something gentle.)

Focusing on the thought and the emotions it brings.

Try changing your thought about this situation to something more positive.

Keep trying until you are in a blissful peaceful state.

Accept the situation for what it was and just sit complacent in your accomplishment.

    • Practice this in waking life and see how much more your heart and life is open for all to see and admire and become lighter.

Yes, meditation changes your way to behave and your mind(more love, less stress and bad emotions). If you go on with meditating change remains. I have regonize clear change on my mind 2 months before. No way back earlier life.
