    I ve a very imp exam coming up...plz suggest some ways of keeping mind clear of anxiety and unncessary thoughts..Thank you.I ve 15 days before the exam.

    There is a number of ways that can help you focus on your exam...


    1. Practice awareness by closing your eyes and focus on your surroundings every time you feel stressed and allow your self to let go.
    2. Use breathing styles http://7meditations.com/beginners/41...ight=breathing (Breathing Techniques)
    3. If your a visual person try using visual ques and using a relaxation meditation with remembering your research and study or use a tranquil place to calm you down when you may feel overwhelmed.
    4. Use stretching or yoga to keep your body healthy and blood flowing through your bosy so you do not feel uncomfortable.
