I've been trying to meditate for awhile now. However, whenever I try I just see the usual black....and I can sit there for an hour or a few minutes and concentrate but nothing happens. Is there any techniques in meditation where I don't have to sit and close my eyes..be relaxed..etc....because I can't do it...not i won't do it.....I really am incaple of doing it. Any help would be great. Thanks.
