    Cool Gratitude Meditation

When paying gratitude for your life pleasure's and necessities, always pay gratitude to the ones you help as well.

    Examples:

    • I pay gratitude for helping an elderly lady/man with there shopping.=

    • I pay gratitude to saving that dog that was stuck in the middle of the road and for being the right place to do so.

    • I pay gratitude for just being in the right place in the right moment for whatever reason it may be.

This is a good way to get your energy up and to feel emotionally grateful for all life which in turn will bring your level of awareness up to help you focus on the needs of your environment.

Also focusing on the emotions will recharge those energy points and align your being and bring you happiness which will allow you to share more with others.
